3 people from Italy join forces, with the common intent of creating ethical food events: an itinerant culinary experience that promotes and shares a more sustainable way of eating seafood, while respecting the environment and the marine ecosystems, and supporting local businesses.

We want to engage consumers making them aware of what they are eating, suggesting simple, concrete, daily actions, in order to protect the sea, experience new tastes, keep legality and defend cultural heritage of coastal populations.

STREAT FISH is not only about eating some good food, but it’s a lab where everyone can possibly experience alternative tastes and new ways of consumption, while becoming aware of positive effects resulting from making the right choice.
